ABOUT ME
My name is Halle Frieden and I am a Muscogee Creek Native filmmaker, film set & travel photographer based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Management and American Studies, and a minor in Screen Studies. I have international experience and traveled to 17 countries. I have worked on the upcoming film Killers of the Flower Moon directed by Martin Scorsese and for the FX Hulu show Reservation Dogs. I am the Video Producer for the Bob Dylan and Woody Guthrie Centers in Tulsa, OK. I also work as a Camera Operator for ESPN+ and I freelance for documentary projects. I participated in the Cinetelechy Lab hosted by Atomic Culture and Blackhorse Lowe, and the Cricket Director Mentorship by Richard Janes. I have created multiple short films, and I look forward to sharing more stories with people everywhere.
The motto and logo originate from my Dad, who passed away in 2020. When I was younger, we came across a Spongebob episode where a character always said Just Keep Breathing. It began as a joke, but we now say it for motivation. The bucking bronco logo comes from a pendant my Dad had from his hometown, Burlington, OK. I chose this logo as a tribute for him.
Motto:
"Just Keep Breathing"
Movies are more than just entertainment to me, but an art form to escape in. My goal is to make films that will help, inspire, and educate everyone. I believe creating is my way of bringing good into the world.
